ACS has produced hundreds of thousands of custom earplugs over the past 25 years. We understand that everyone's ear canal is different and that a simple 2-ring or 3-ring earplug is not enough to fit comfortably in the ear canal. During the Soteria development, we 3D printed thousands of slightly different body parts for customers to test. The final product is a triangular body of the same shape as your outer ear cavity, with a sound guide tube of the right length. It is paired with specially selected silicone ear cushions in five sizes - large, medium, small, extra small, and Tiny. This combination allows Soteria to fit a wide range of ear and canal sizes and meet the comfort and sealing requirements of earplugs.

Most of the earplug brands on the market emphasize that their earplugs are not very conspicuous when worn. It is as if they tell their customers that wearing earplugs is a silly thing to do, so they should not be seen.
