The ACS-SELECT Privacy Policy, the ACS-SELECT Webstore Terms of Use, the ACS-SELECT Return Policy, and the ACS-SELECT Warranty Policy are the legal agreements between you and ACS-SELECT; ACS-SELECT reserves the rights to modify or delete portions of these Terms in its sole discretion without further notice to you; unless otherwise stated in these terms. The updated Terms will become effective as of the posting date. You should review the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Webstore after posting the updated version of the Terms of Use will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such changes.

Ordering Products
Once you have completed the order process and paid for your order on the ACS-SELECT Webstore, please note that a sales relationship between you and ACS-SELECT has not been established because you have only requested to order products or services provided by ACS-SELECT.
● Any automatic notification in connection with your order, whether in the form of email or other information, is a notification only, and ACS-SELECT is not bound by such notification.
● ACS-SELECT hereby expressly reserves the right to cancel or modify your order without liability until it has been shipped to you.
● You agree that products and services are subject to the descriptions in the product literature, user manuals, or sales agreements. That general descriptions of products or services provided by the ACS-SELECT Webstore, including but not limited to videos, specifications, pictures, descriptions, or features, are provided for your reference to help you make a purchase decision.
● ACS-SELECT agrees to use commercially reasonable best efforts to provide accurate information and descriptions of the products and services offered by its Webstore.
● ACS-SELECT cannot guarantee the up-to-dateness completeness, consistency, and accuracy of its Webstore information, especially related to inventory, prices, and shipping dates of products and services. These are subject to actual real-time conditions.
● The shipment notification from ACS-SELECT Webstore is the only confirmation of your order, and your order will be effective upon receipt.
If ACS-SELECT believes that you are involved in illegal, fraudulent, or any other criminal activity, that you are unable to fulfill your order agreement, or that you have violated any of the rules set forth in these Terms of Use. ACS-SELECT reserves the right, in addition to its rights under the law, to refuse to sell products or provide services, including, but not limited to, canceling your rights and privileges on the ACS-SELECT Webstore, suspending shipments, or privileges, suspending shipments or cancel any contractual relationship between you and the ACS-SELECT Webstore.
Custom Products
All custom products available on the ACS-SELECT Webstore include Monitors, communication earpieces, PRO Earplugs, SleepSound earplugs, Swimmer earplugs, Full Isolation earplugs, and Broadcast Earmoulds). These custom products are made precisely to fit your ear and ear canal, so only you can use these products. Because of this uniqueness, we expressly state that we do not accept "Returns," "Refunds," "Cancellations," or "Exchanges" on custom product orders once they have been "paid for" and "confirmed" by you. Please refer to the ACS-SELECT "Warranty Policy for any product fitment issues."
Product Pricing
Unless otherwise noted, ACS-SELECT Web Store prices include VAT in Taiwan only. It does not include shipping costs within Taiwan or foreign countries, local import duties, VAT, or local government fees for any foreign government where the recipient is located.
