The Advantages of Using Soft Silicone?

In-ear earphones have the following advantages.
●  Isolating outside noise and reducing interference make the music clearer.

●  With no noise, you can listen to clear music at a lower volume.

●  People around you will no longer be disturbed by the music coming out of your earphones.

In-ear earphones also have the following drawbacks.
●  If the ear canal is not appropriately sealed, music will leak out, and you will lose a lot of low frequency. (That's why many in-ear earphones emphasize their superior low frequencies.

●  Because the ear canal is sealed, listening to music too loudly for too long can cause hearing damage.

In the 90s, when custom in-ear earphones arrived, many artists started using them. Later on, with the advent of musical balanced armature speakers, high-end in-ear earphones with multiple drivers, with multi-band audio began to spread throughout the market.


ACS was founded in London in 1994, which happens to be the beginning of the development of custom in-ear earphones. From day one, ACS has insisted on using only soft silicone for its bespoke earphones. Because the silicone will heat up quickly, reaching your body's temperature, becoming even softer, and it fits perfectly in your ear canal. As you sing, play, and dance, your ear canal will deform from your body's movements.  The silicone earmould will follow the ear canal's changes, maintaining a perfect and comfortable fit isolating external sound.


This feature keeps the sound quality of the earphones pure and undisturbed. Using silicone for custom earphones also eliminates the hard shell's resonance from affecting the music’s quality.

2020 Classic Series Features

The 2020 Classic Series are derived from the Studio series, with the following new features.

We have switched to a new 2-PIN plug and socket, different from similar connectors in the market. The socket is not like the average rolled sleeve. Our socket is made with a complete beryllium copper tube; then precision machined cut out four spring strips to ensure that the sound quality will not change from a poor connection.  The pins are also machined from solid copper rods. The front half of the 2-PIN plug is sunk into the body of the earmould, significantly increasing the strength to prevent the pins from being pulled sideways and deformed or broken.


A new 2-pin cable with each ear has two wires made of 20 silver-plated high purity oxygen-free copper wires and tensile fibers. The four wires are then tightly woven together to form a cord-like earphone cable with excellent tensile strength. In addition, the wire's TPU cover contains UV-resistant ingredients to prevent it from yellowing, and there is virtually no microphone effect.

The monitors' internal structure has been overhauled to adjust the sound quality and enhance the high frequencies' richness, resulting in a greater sense of space, clearer positioning and distance between instruments, and clearer layering. The musical presentation of the notes is more controlled and tighter, and the bass is more detailed. Overall, all sound frequencies are better represented.
