Description
The engraved shapes can be red, blue, white, black, gold or silver. The correct colour choice should be in contrast to the colour of the earmold.

Generally speaking, the actual size of the engraving is only 1.5 x 1.5 cm. Therefore, when choosing an artwork, avoid overly complex designs because tiny details may become too small to be engraved when the shape is reduced. Or, even if engraved, they may be challenging to see with the naked eye.

The requirements for laser engraving artworks are:

1. the artwork must have the following characteristics: monochrome line drawing; avoid large colour block elements. Because large colour blocks will cause the silicone to overheat or scorch, resulting in an uneven appearance when the engravings are filled back with colour, and the visual effect is not good.

2. The best format is vector graphic monochrome artwork, such as Illustrator's ai file. The following best format is monochrome eps artwork.

3. 300dpi transparent background PNG image file is ideal; if it is a JPG image, the background colour must be the contrast colour of the image. 4.

4. The dot matrix artwork should have an aspect ratio of 15cm or more so that even if the resolution of the original artwork is not enough, the artwork's resolution can still be improved when it is reduced to the actual size of the engraving.

5. If the engraving is an artistic form of Chinese or English characters, please note that the strokes must not be too thick, as too-thick strokes are equivalent to large colour blocks, which will cause the same undesirable effect described above.

If the gap between the letters is too small, the two adjacent characters may fuse and damage the effect.

Since it is impossible to use the shopping cart system to collect the engraving graphic, please complete the checkout first; when you receive the [Order Notification Email] from us, reply to this email and send your [graphic file] as an attachment. Note: Please add the left and right ear markings at the beginning of the file name.

Even on the full concha style earplugs, sometimes, there still do not be enough space to create an engraving.
