Non-Customized Product Shipment Date

Customized Product Shipment Date and Prepayment Period
Unlike non-customized products, when a customized product order is paid in full, the customized product ordered by the customer does not exist; it requires many steps to complete production and delivery.
Custom products are made to the customer's ear shape, so the customer needs to provide a pair of ear impressions before we can place an order for custom products with our UK headquarters. It is only when we have the ear impressions and a completed order for the custom product that it can be placed in the production queue at UK headquarters.
Typically, it takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks for the custom products to be manufactured and shipped to Taiwan after the UK headquarters have confirmed the order. After the goods arrive in Taiwan, it takes 1 - 3 days for customs clearance, incoming quality inspection, photo documentation and packaging before the goods can be shipped to the customer. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the lead time from order to shipment of customized products is 4 - 5 weeks. This is the "Prepayment Period" for customized products.

Delivery Modes for Taiwan Customers
● Taipei ACS Store Pickup: you can pick up the product at the ACS Taipei store during business hours after receiving the notification.
● Home Delivery: SF Express will deliver according to the address on the order delivery information (certain remote areas of Taiwan and outlying islands do not have home delivery service). If the delivery address is serviced by the post office, we will ship by the post office. If the post office does not service the address, we will contact the customer to change the delivery address to another location. Or change it to Taipei ACS store pickup.
● Convenience Store Pickup: Delivered to 7-11 or FamilyMart stores as specified in the order.
(For products over NT$3000, we cannot accept Convenience Store delivery due to insurance restrictions).
Delivery Modes for Non-Taiwan Customers
● Home Delivery: SF Express will deliver to the address on the order.
Home Delivery Terms
● Delivery Day & Time: from 09:00 - 19:00 Monday through Saturday, no delivery service on Sundays, national holidays and compensatory holidays.
● Delivery Delays: If there are more orders or force majeure natural disaster factors on festive holidays, the shipment may be delayed.
● Delivery Scheduling: The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the home delivery driver.
● Signature: A signature will be required upon delivery: If you are unable to sign for your product at the delivery address, please consider shipping the product to someone you trust and who can sign for the product for you.
● Title and Risk: Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the package has left the ACS ASIA warehouse. Title to all products and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package.
● Undeliverable Packages: Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to additional delivery fees for reshipment.
