ACS SELECT RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing products from the ACS-SELECT Online Store ("ACS-SELECT") of ACS ASIA Co., Ltd. ("ACS ASIA"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Return, please stop purchasing from ACS-SELECT. By purchasing from ACS-SELECT, you agree to these Terms of Return, and you agree that (ACS ASIA) reserves the right to accept or reject your order and You agree that ACS-SELECT reserves the right to modify, cancel, add or delete all or any part of these Terms of Return without further announcement or individual notice.

Points to Note When Returning Products
The Integrity of The Product Packaging and Contents

Please be sure to carefully unpack the product and keep all packaging materials (including the outer box, hard case, or folded box), and you must also keep all items inside the package other than the product, such as invoice, user's manual, exchange card, warranty card; accessories such as zipper pouch, soft storage, foam eartips, silicone eartips, magnetic cable ties, cleaning tools, stickers, desiccant, etc.).


To avoid damage to the product during shipment, you must make every effort to pack the product in the same way as it was packed originally and place the product and its original contents properly before shipping.

You may try the product, but you must keep the product clean and undamaged during the trial period, and you must keep the product function undamaged.


Product and Packaging Restoration Fee
If you return an item that

● the product's packaging is so badly damaged when you unpack it, it can no longer be reused.  Even if the product you return is still in its original packaging, the following conditions apply.
● The product or packaging has been cleaned, modified, or the contents have been disassembled or lost.
● The product or packaging is marked, damaged, dirty, or contaminated, which we cannot remove.
● The product or packaging has been additionally worked on.

Or any other condition that (ACS ASIA) reasonably believes should not be considered as in new condition.

In such cases, (ACS ASIA) reserves the right to require you to bear the costs associated with restoring the integrity of the product; in serious cases, (ACS ASIA) reserves the right to refuse to accept returns.


Monitor Product Special Conditions
(ACS ASIA) monitors are shipped with records of its audio scan and are auditioned. When you try the universal monitors, please play the music in the volume you normally listen to music. You may not use any "burn-in program" or other similar methods to "burn-in" the monitors. (ACS ASIA) disagrees that burn-in can improve the sound quality of the monitors and does not accept any returns of burn-in monitors. Returned monitors will be tested and auditioned by (ACS ASIA) engineers, and we will not accept returns if they do not match the before shipment records or meet the specifications.


Only one return per order is available. You can return some of the products of a combination order when you make a return.

Gifts, Offers, Discounts, Redemptions, and Gift Certificates
If you have received a gift or coupons (including but not limited to physical or electronic coupons, discount coupons, or free exchange coupons) at the time of purchase, you must include it with your return.

Invoice
If you have a physical invoice, please return the invoice to us for a refund. We cannot refund without receiving an invoice.

You do not need to fill out a discount voucher for electronic invoices issued for the orders (ACS ASIA) will handle the discounting process for you. Non-Current Month Invoices must fill out discount vouchers before we can proceed to return and refund.


Refunds
After receiving the returned goods, we will first complete the inspection of the goods, confirm that the return is valid, and calculate the refund amount.

If you use a credit card to make a single payment, the entire amount charged to your credit card will be refunded when you request a return of the item. If you return an order with more than one item, you must return the entire order, including the packaging and invoice of all products. We must complete the return inspection process described above before issuing a refund to the credit card company.

You understand and agree that if you request a return, but ACS-SELECT cannot accept your partial return and still needs to process your refund, ACS-SELECT may process the invoice or discount slip on your behalf required by applicable laws.


Procedure For Submitting A Return Request
Please use one of the following three methods.
Log in to the ACS-SELECT Online Store and Go To Your Account.

You can find the order you want to return in the Orders section of your account and click on the [View] button on the right. Then, in the "Seller and Customer Order Communication" field, enter your "Return Information" and provide your "Reason for Return." After receiving your return request, we will provide you with an RMA number (RMA=Return Merchandise Authorization) if the return is eligible.

Call (ACS ASIA) With Your Return Request
Please note: We must have the purchaser's information and the order number of the original order. We will ask you the reason for your return, and if it is eligible for a return, we will provide you with an RMA number (RMA=Return Merchandise Authorization).

Please note: We must have the purchaser's information and the order number of the original order. We will ask you why you want to return the product. If it is eligible for a return, we will provide you with an RMA number (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization). Please write the RMA number on the return receipt or box.

Seven-Day Hesitation Period for Taiwan Consumers
The "Seven-Day Hesitation Period" applies only to consumers in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island, Orchid Island, and other outlying islands (hereinafter referred to as the territory of Taiwan). You have the right to return the product unconditionally within SEVEN (7) days of delivery (including holidays, the first day is the day upon receipt of the product). However, you will still need to follow the Procedure For Submitting A Return Request described above.

Please note: Although you have the right to return the product unconditionally during the "Seven-Day Hesitation Period," we still request that you provide us with your "Reason For Return" to help us continue to improve and refine our products and services.

If you wish to return your product within the "Seven-Day Hesitation Period," you must submit your request no later than the expiration date of the Seven-Day Period. We will accept no returns beyond the Expiration Date. You will bear shipping costs for the returns.

Products Not Applicable To The Seven-Day Hesitation Period
Consumable Products
Including ACS Comfort Cream for custom monitors and custom earplugs. Desiccants, or separately purchased foam or silicone eartips for Universal Monitors, separately purchased silicone eartips for Soteria Ready-To-Use Earplugs. Because of the irreversible nature of such consumable products with personal hygiene considerations.

Custom Product Types
Customized products include custom monitors, custom communication headsets, custom earplugs, custom sleep earplugs, custom swimming earplugs, custom full-isolation earplugs, and custom broadcast earmoulds. These products are made exactly to fit your ear and ear canal so that only you can use them. Because of this uniqueness, we will accept no refunds, cancellations, or exchange requests once your order has been "paid for" and "order confirmed."
