ACS PRO Custom Earplugs Wearing, Cleaning and Care Instructions
Product Verification
If your product is delivered by home delivery, please check the product before you wear it.
A. Check if the name on the label on the box is your name.
B. Check that the Red and Blue serial numbers on the earplugs match the label's serial number.
PRO Custom Earplugs Wearing Procedures
There are RED and BLUE ACS logos and earmould serial numbers on the earplugs.
The RED Color represents the RIGHT Ear, and the BLUE Color represents the LEFT Ear.
A. Take out the white Comfort Cream from the zipper pouch, and squeeze a small drop of the cream onto the tip of your finger. Apply the cream evenly around the ear canal tip of the earplug.
B. If there is a detachable neck cord, first, please move the clip to the center of the neck cord; clip it to the middle of the back of the collar. Place the earplugs on the left and right shoulder by the red and blue serial number colors.
C. Hold the earplug with the flat part with the ACS logo facing forward and insert the earplug into the ear canal.
D. Slowly push the earplug in towards the back of your head. If you encounter resistance, slightly rotate the earbud forward and backward and push it inward. Turn the flat part, which has the ACS logo back towards the front again.
E. Pull the earlobe down or pull the ear out, open your mouth, and push the earplug inward with your fingertips until you feel the earplug fit comfortably and the sound around you is reduced.
PRO Custom Earplugs Removal Method
● Push the lower edge of the earplug outward with the tip of your thumb as shown in the video, then grasp the earplug with your fingers and pull the earplug out in an upward direction.
● If you have difficulty pulling out the earplug directly, grasp the earplug with your fingers and rotate them toward the front while gently pulling them out.
PRO Custom Earplugs Cleaning Method
● The ear canal will naturally secrete oil to protect itself, and after a period of wear, this oil will accumulate on your custom earplugs. When too much oil accumulates, the earplugs may slip easily, resulting in a poor fit and allowing outside sound to leak into the ear canal. It is important to clean the earplugs at this point.
● If there is any ear wax blocking the sound outlet, please use the wax pick to remove the ear wax.
Replace the PRO filter
Squeeze method
Squeeze the earplug with your thumb and index finger to push the filter out of the slot on the earplug.
Do not pinch the earplug with your fingernails to avoid damaging the silicone of the earplug.
Paperclip Method
Use a small paperclip (as shown in the video) and carefully insert it into the gap between the earplug and the filter, slide it along the filter, and the filter will be cocked out.
Please be careful to use a small paperclip to avoid damaging the silicone of the earplug.
Removing PRO Custom Earbuds Neck Cord
A. As shown in the video, hold the earplug with one hand and grasp the neck cord with the other hand against the earplug entry point and gently pull it outward slightly.
B. When the neck cord's metal head sticks out a little, grasp the neck cord and the metal head with your fingers, and pull out slowly at an angle of 45 degrees.
Frequent removal and reinsertion of the neck cord from the earbud will cause the silicone to wear away, resulting in the inadvertent separation of the earbud from the neck cord and the possible loss of the earbud.
