If your product is delivered by home delivery, please check the product before you wear it.
1.  Check if the name on the label on the box is your name.

2.  Open the zipper pouch and take out the custom sleeves; check if there is any damage?

3.  There are RED and BLUE markings on the sleeves, with the RED dot representing the RIGHT Ear and the BLUE dot representing the Left Ear.

Putting the AirPods Pro Into The Custom Sleeves
1. Remove the original silicone eartips and put them away for safekeeping, leaving the black oval-shaped connectors exposed.

2. Place the left and right ear custom sleeves and the AirPods Pro on the tabletop, as shown in the image below.

3. Follow the steps in the video to put the AirPods Pro inside the custom sleeves. Use the meaty part of your fingertips to adjust the sleeves' position to ensure that the sleeves do not block the microphone and auto-detect sensors.

How to wear AirPods Pro
1. Take an AirPod Pro with the custom sleeve already installed. Remove the Aloe Vera Comfort Cream from the zipper pouch, squeeze a rice-sized amount of the clear Aloe Vera Gel onto the tip of your finger and apply it evenly around the ear-canal tip.

2. Grasp the AirPods Pro with your hand and slowly push the ear-canal tip into the ear until the AirPods Pro comes to full rest in the ear. Next, grasp the short stem of the headset and adjust it until the AirPods Pro fits comfortably in your ear.

AirPods Pro Custom Sleeves Cleaning Method
The ear canal will naturally secrete oil to protect itself, and after a period of wear, this oil will accumulate on your custom earplugs. When too much oil accumulates, the earplugs may slip easily, resulting in a poor fit and allowing outside sound to leak into the ear canal. It is important to clean the earplugs at this point.
